Ladies your first 2 washes should be with a medicated shampoo on your hair and scalp, such as head & shoulders or Ketozal, after that, you can wash the weave with any shampoo, I don’t ever use a blow dryer (dries out the weave] I sit under the dryer for about an hour and a half making sure my hair underneath is dry, the weave takes care of itself

I hope that you respond back 🤞🏾. How long does your full closure sew in last? What I mean by that is, how long does it takes for the closure to start sliding backwards? My closure began to slid backwards A LOT after a week. It is my hairstylist or is that the way how it suppose to goes?

How long does it takes for it to start receiving backwards? Like how long do your sew in last?
@naomiburton97166 жыл бұрын
Fierra Vaughn regular sew in with no lace closure usually a month and a half sometimes less if i feel like taking it out. i’ve had my lace closure for 3 almost 4 weeks still no sliding my part is in place and it still looks good once i do my edges i had her leave some of my edges out for a more natural look. i will probably go back my 4th or 5th week to get it retouched. that means my hair washed underneath and reanchoring of the braids by a stylist to keep your closure in place so it can look like i just got it done again. lace closure can last up to 2-2.5 months. i’ll probably be keeping mine in for a little less than 2 months just to be safe

Hi Ashley I really enjoy your page. I have a question... I recently had a sew in install about 1 month ago. Do you recommend doing hi and low lights to the human hair.? Is it recommended? My weave seems like it’s going bad . It gets matted and I’ve conditioned it. My hair dresser said it’s probably due to the chemicals placed on the weave to color. ( I have quality virgin unprocessed hair)
