Quite the rage in 70's with Horn and Koala brands from Australia. Sourced cheap in Asia but branded Australian. Laminate folding tables that sold for $2K- $5K!

I'm real short, 5'0" and most sewing cabinet are too tall. Before I order the plans I'd like to know the dimensions of the finished cabinet. Love the color and the fact it looks like a piece of furniture and not an mdf. cabinet.

I like the idea but I was expecting to see a video of it being built. Guess it's my bad for clicking on the video before checking its length and for binge watching videos from woodworkers making all kind of furnitures. Also, it seems a bit wonky 0:37 and erm the lift mechanism costs more than my sewing machine... I know I complain/criticize a lot more than the average viewer, guess I'm out then!

I see, but am not a woodworker. How can I find someone to build this for me, or someone selling them already built? I don't like the MDF ones sold on Amazon. Real wood is so much better!
