I purchased this exact chair a few years ago and was so excited about it. I too loved the storage and the pretty designs. It turned out to be a complete nightmare. The wheels broke so I was not able to roll anymore.😞 I tried to find replacement wheels and never could. I still have it in my sewing room and I don't know why. Hopefully yours will work out for you. I purchased mines at Joann Fabric. L Burrell

Another detail that might have been missed is the weight limit on the chair is 300 pounds. If you accidentally set something really heavy on this chair, or load it with too much weight in the storage compartment that might explain why the wheels broke.

Thank you for your quick response. I wrote my comment before I saw your entire chair. No heavy objects or persons has set on the chair but my chair has four legs with rollers and your chair is like a office chair legs with rollers. I thank you for your offer of replacement but I cannot accept because I purchased mines at Joann Fabric shop and I have now replaced it with a better sewing chair from Koala Cabinet. I got my chair last year for Christmas. I really enjoy it, but I have an issue with it squeaking....loudly. ive tried adjusting the bolts, thinking they were too tight, but nothing has helped

Squeaking usually means oil will fix it. I would identify exactly where it's squeaking and then place a drop of sewing machine oil on that spot. It should sort it out!
