That fabric is beautiful and great colours for you! I was thinking "Wait you didn't make the shawl collar as you planned" then you said you had just realized you hadn't. LOL I, too, took a quick peek at Lifting Pins and Needles tutorial for the collar. I didn't end up using it but it made it very easy to see.

Your new blazer looks amazing - that fabric is pretty cool! I laughed out loud when you said you had planned the shawl and ended up making the other version. I’ve done that once of twice in the past. I made the Metra before and love my blazer. I have at least one more planned for December to go with my Christmas outfit. 🇨🇦💞

I know...clearly attention to detail is not my strong suit 😂 also this also points to the fact that I clearly don't even know what a shawl collar is!!??! There is no hope for me becoming fluent in Italian when I can't even master English! The pattern is fantastic and so versatile as well! I can't wait to see your Christmas outfit version!!
