I LOVED this video, Deanna! I actually just bought the Paperbag Skirt pattern this morning before I saw this video so I’m really excited to make it now that I saw this video. Everything looks beautiful. I have a hard time putting the hem on the sleeve once the side seams are sewn. The way I solve this is to hem the sleeves before I do the side seam. That is my sewing tip. Thanks for all your tips.

You could mark on a piece of tape or tape a coffee stir stick to your machine bed to create a mark if you don’t have other markings built into your machine.

oh no! I use a Hamilton Beach Durathon. its a less expensive option as I am so horrible with irons... I drop them quite often 😬
