How to take Neck width How much shoulder down

Neck width = Round Bust ÷12 Or Round Bust ÷8 +1.5 . Divide answer gotten by 2 to get neck width . Eg 40 ÷8 =5 + 1.5 = 6.5 ÷2 = 3.25
