Slightly more mentionable of the unmentionables, but still un-see-able. I'm so glad you showed the monograming. Embroidery is definitely not my strong suit. This slip video came up just in time. I found a lovely eyelet yesterday that I would like to use as a ruffle hem on a slip. The newspaper pieces were very interesting.

Such a pretty colour ❤. Gosh when you mentioned about not having the slip showing under your skirt I remembered when I was in high school and teachers would check to make sure your slip was the proper length haha (caribbean schools). I have made a 1920s slip bit I’d love to make another. The monogramming is so pretty! Would you make a half slip as well? Not sure if that’s more 40s tho
