It's so good to see you again on my TV! I'm in for the book club!!!!! And I got to Fabrictopia a few months ago. Son & family live in Austin so it was not too far of a drive. What a great place.

You look wonderful Kim, so glad you are feeling better. Having shingles is awful. All great sewing items, thanks for sharing. I'd love to learn more about projector sewing. If you want to do a sewing theme book club, I highly recommend The Sewing Machine by Natalie Fergie. It is a great story about a Singer sewing machine that passes through 4 generations starting with the Singer factory in Scotland in 1911. Take care!

It’s so great to have you back! I’m sorry you’ve had to go through Shingles on top of recovering from your surgery. I enjoyed The Wedding Dress Sewing Circle by Jennifer Ryan on Audible. So many good books on there.

Thanks Joey. Did you mean Affinity Designer? I have learned to do most adjustments with it and hopefully get at least some basic adjustments into some videos soon. I’d like to go through all the basics again with everyone on paper and then also show them on the projector file

Projectors- I don't understand how to make fitting adjustments, not saying that I am great doing it on the paper patterns.

There are a couple ways of doing adjustments. One way that I did for a long time is to print only the pieces that need adjustment and use the projector for the rest. It did cut down on time, but lately I’ve been doing adjustments in Affinity Designer. It’s the same principals as the paper versions, just need to learn the program. I’ll be teaching some basic adjustments with the projector in the series.
