related to weight gain, my daughter and her friends are calling this the Covid 15! It is what it is, so embrace it as part of surviving in these times. Thanks for making your videos. I look forward to them and seeing the fabrics as well as the plans, it is inspiring me as far as my own plans.

Think we all relate honey. I’ve ALWAYS been a yo-yo dieter and feel like I’m constantly waiting to make things because I don’t want to make them in the size that I am now 🤦🏻♀️. Loving that blouse pattern and can’t wait to see your Eden. You’ll smash it 👍🏼

I totally get you with the weight issue. Most of what I made last year isn't fitting me at the moment because of the amount of medication I'm on... BUT I just kind of take it as a positive that, whenever I come off it all and my body settles again, I will still have pretty things to wear while I bring in the current stuff. I always make my clothes with extra seam allowance to allow for these changes. Don't let it get you down. Change means you're a real living thing 🤣

Great to see you back 😊. Just wanted to mention with the outter Eden fabric it looks quite transparent and I’m wondering if it will look very weird with a patterned lining? I’ve not sewn it myself so might be wrong x

Ah yes I didn't even think about this.. it is cut out so lets so what happens... might need to unpick and find another fabric!! Thank you!! x

Lovely to see you back, your videos are always so enjoyable and honest. I cut out the Eden patterns before Christmas and was shocked by all of the pieces. I gave up on the idea of sewing it immediately 🤦🏽♀️. One piece of advice I’d give is to buy waterproofing seam tape to apply to the outer fabric seams, it’ll ensure your jacket is truly waterproof. I’m pretty sure that Liz the baker that sews used the same fabric but with a different pattern so she may be able to give you some advice on sewing with it. Good luck 🤞🏽
