What a difficult decision to know what fabric to buy! Can’t imagine. They’re all so beautiful! I love linen of any colour or weight. Ps. Sea green and mustard! I have your hair. Except I’m probably 20 years older. Mine has gotten better with age so you have lots to look forward to! My grandmother was Scottish but I’m an Aussie! 🥰

Lol, it is SO difficult to pick colours (especially when its in colours that I don't gravitate towards because they don't suit me), but gosh, it's a fun dilemma to have 🤣 And yay about the hair - I'm loving my grey coming in. It's so liberating to just embrace it and not have to worry about dying it. ☺️

Your having great advice from your buyers and subscribers, use this as a great basis but then trust your instincts. You've built up a fab business with gorgeous fabrics ,if you feel these fabrics are too expensive then trust your feelings.Going by the replies your customers don't think they are but it's your business.I love your choices and your love for them shines through. The linens you've chosen are gorgeous,I love the colours and the texture look beautiful.

Hi Susie - I would love the caramel and mustard in lightweight. Also, the blue and white plaid handkerchief linen is divine, and the price is fine for me. Gorgeous.

All of the linen is beautiful. Can certainly see why you are having a difficult time choosing colors. I had to go back and watch that part 3 times. Still having a hard time. But I think I would select the blue, yellow and the caramel. I think. Of course I may watch it again and change my mind. LOL!

LOL Stacy, it is SO hard! Especially when I'm picking colours that I personally won't pick (because they don't suit me...not because I don't like them). So great to get everyones feedback though, thank you!

Lovely linen,I love the clothes made by Wrap and by Poetry and enjoy receiving their catalogues full of garments in linen, the downside is the price.Take a look Susie, because their colour palette is superb. I would pay £20 for those lovely stripes and I can easily make a Kalle or a Melileu shirt out of just one metre. I like the bold colours but on the whole in linen I prefer to sew classic patterns in neutral colours.Wishing you every success in all you do.

Thanks so much for the feedback Maggie, really helpful. Yes, I've been selling for nearly a year now (although with a bit of a break at the start of the year because of Brexit...and still working my way around that at the moment!). I don't do too many vlogs about it because I don't want this to be a pushy sales channel!

Wow. So hard to decide! I’ve already bought some of your lovely Irish linen but it’s really helpful to see what you are planning as it has given me some great ideas of what to sew with it! I have a warmer complexion and would be classed a warm Spring so I was interested in your warmer toned linens. I loved the mustard and the Airforce blue but also the turquoise, pale blue stripe and the blue chambray. Hope that helps! I shall take a look at that Merchant and Mills pattern as it sounds lovely but has not hit my radar.

So glad you love your white linen, it's a beautiful quality fabric isn't it? The supplier has a very vibrant red which I'll hopefully get in soon, and I've asked him about the lovely raspberry to see if I can get any more of it...waiting to hear back! 🤞

I love, love the caramel colour with the palest oat colour. Also the pale coffee-ish colour. All in the heavier weights. In fact all the brown colours as they are rare in the dress fabric world! The pale pink is gorgeous in the lighter 150 and the classic chambray blue. I saw Michael Portillo in a jacket made in that bright orange linen! Lol
