‘Dress A Girl…..” will not take dresses made from pillow cases. Quilting cotton is the preferred fabric. You absolutely can use a pillow case as your pattern.

Little Angel Gowns of Indiana has a sewing for charity program that supplies bereavement gowns and more for hospitals and parents all over the U.S. They supply everything needed to make the gowns except for the thread.
