Christa, you are the reason I am building fitting studio in my front yard. I used to have a retail bridal salon that I closed in 2004. I started by altering friends wedding gowns. Then opened my salon. I continued altering but had to go to work full time. After watching your channel, I was inspired to go back to it while still working full time. I can retire in three years, so this is my retirement plan. Thank you so much for your inspiration. DONT QUIT! We are watching.❤❤❤

That’s a really great retirement gig. A on-call chaplain. We were so blessed by the many chaplains that visited us in the hospital this year. Soooo glad to see you! I have always enjoyed your videos and I have learned many things from you. You are a great instructor! I will not do alterations on wedding dresses, but will alter bridesmaids dresses. (I have a fear of ruining a wedding dress). I was pretty busy this past late summer and early fall and I’m thinking I’m probably going to stop altering in the next two years…I will be 80 years old then and getting down and up off the floor to mark hems is getting harder. Thank you for sharing what has been going on in your life. Take care💕

Hi Christa! This has been a rough year for you, and I’m so sorry for your losses. You’re right…God’s timing is perfect. He didn’t promise easy, but He did promise to always be with you. I wouldn’t have made it through the last four years if He hadn’t carried me 🙌🏻, and it’s very evident that He’s carrying you also. I’m really happy you’re back!
