That's a lot of sewing, and your experience with it really shows. 🙂 I'd have little idea how to make all those fine details work right. 😄

Thank you! It is a lot of practice. Once you know how to do it it isn't so difficult I guess. It still takes time!

You're welcome. I'm sure once you get used to the techniques it's easy enough. That's awesome that you've built up the experience to know what you're doing so with with pieces like this.

Mujer haces arte! De verdad valdra la pena pagar tú Patreon! ❤ 🩵 Pd. Una pregunta se pueden pintar los rombos manualmente en lugar de usar el aerógrafo? 🤔
@AliceinCosplayland Жыл бұрын
Gracias!

You did an amazing job!! One question tho, how do you keep your sleeves from slipping? I was thinking of adding an elastic strip/ribbon to it, but at the same time I'm not sure how to add it without the fabric ruffling too much D:
@AliceinCosplayland Жыл бұрын
I made my sleeves so they just fit right, but I recommend you to add an elastic band to the inside. You can make it so the elastic band just attaches to let's say the front and back of the sleeve so it doesn't bunch up much when you wear it if that makes sense. Just enough to keep them up

How to you keep the edges from fraying on the sleeves? I don’t understand 😭
@jacoblover2112 Жыл бұрын
Like I’ve tried to find it on here and there aren’t any instructions on the pattern you have unless I missed them. It didn’t look like you hemmed yours so I’m so confused lol
@AliceinCosplayland Жыл бұрын
Some fabrics fray more than others. I used fabric glue on the edges to stop them from fraying 🤗

In the pattern I recommend you to sew a lining

@@AliceinCosplayland okay I must have missed that. I’m new to sewing and started this project last year and decided to pick it back up. Do you have a recommendation for which fabric glue to use?
@AliceinCosplayland Жыл бұрын
@jacoblover2112 to be honest even the cheap ones will work for this, but I know fray check is specially designed for it if you wanna be fancy. It is a complex build so take your time!
