I live in Minnesota, and the two closest Joann's stores look the same as yours. I have been watching Kelsie's videos for a year, and I think she mentions "Joann's " name a minimum of 6 times per video. I really hope they pay her a full time salary to be the stores PR person. Thankful my local Joanns is not like that. But I do think it’s understaffed. Like thinking about Aspen’s video about this that they sold to a like a company that only only only cares about profit and not about maintaining stuff like workers or customers is their major problem

I was so afraid of my surging machine and it really wasn't that bad, but threading it was the worst part lol. I also kept the rainbow threads because I didn't trust myself. Also, I remember when the bear was there! We were in another park that day but I couldn't believe it!

1:40:30 ooh if the hooks aren’t replaceable, you might find earring sleeves/pierced ear protectors useful instead! I have sensitive ears and when i tried them they seemed to help. Also, loved the vlog!

The Joann in my hometown (south hill Spokane) just had a news story done on them for how awfully cluttered it is with boxes. My now local Joann in Toledo is starting to be cluttered too. I know someone who works at the Spokane location and it’s a management issue. They aren’t given enough hours to take care of anything nor do employees stay long enough. Because it’s so cluttered and disorganized

Both of the Joanns near me have like 3 people in store at the absolute MAX at any given time. The one closer to me has cool variety but I swear they don't ever restock anything. I think they might legitimately be trying to sell through everything they have on the shelves before they order more of anything. And the website is never updated!!!! So it'll tell me online that they have inventory and then inevitably my pickup order gets cancelled so I have to go to the Joann across town instead. I feel like that Joann (we call it the "Good Joann") has less overall variety and more of a fiber arts focus, but they ACTUALLY RESTOCK THINGS LOL

The closest joanns to me is like 20 minutes away and it’s not as bad as yours but its the worst craft store ive been to. Understaffed, trash, unorganized, boxes everywhere, a dark corner of the store bc the lights are broken in that section and part of the ceiling tiles are missing so its exposed to see the wirings 😭
