I loved this video and it was very entertaining (underwear always is). I loved both of Bran's cameos and the sneaky shot of the sheep outside. xo, Ray

Thank you for providing information on split drawers especially about the overlap and your experience wearing them.

What a fantastic first video to start your channel!! Not knowing much about historical undergarments I am very excited to continue learning through your journey! Can't wait for the next episode!

Thanks Kipp! You will probably soon know more about Victorian undergarments than you ever wanted to know.

This is on my (very long) list of things to try and make! I'm glad you shared your thoughts, that's already been a concern I've had too! Plus, I love the idea of adding my name to my pieces!

I highly recommend making a pair- I was amazed at the difference it made! Good luck!

Quick note, as to wearing drawers under or over other garments. Look up Prior Attire on KZbin and they have great videos showing how it all goes together, these include showing how practical they were when going about your private business in a water closet or using a chamber pot (simulated but still very helpful).

I have seen several of her videos, but not that one, I will look for it. It seems like it is probably the most practical order, but could be a matter of preference, like a garter belt over or under.

Sublime: stitching cotton while watching the wool grow

I'm working on cleaning one of the sheep's wool now, it takes forever!
these drawers are really cool! they look like they fit well at the end too. that's always my fear when making undergarments, is that they wont fit over my hips.... (im currently procrastinating making a pair of drawers so this was useful in multiple aspects) love the dog and sheep cameos also!!! are the sheep yours?

Good luck! I know you can do it. Check out the link in the description with instructions on drafting drawers to your measurements, it might be helpful to have it written out too. The sheep and the dog are my sister's, I used to live on her property.

If you can. Would you please turn up your microphone.some I can barley make out. Your music was ok. Every thing else was great!

I'm sorry the audio was hard for you to hear. I did record it on my iPhone 6 or whatever it is, so I am not too surprised. I have a new camera, and I plan on upgrading my microphone when I can. In the meantime I do make sure to add subtitles- although I will continue that anyways. I am glad you still enjoyed it.

Quick memo, I tried the links for the sewing academy you give and both came up with "you are not authorised to enter this site plus error 403 showed up when we tried to gain entry". No idea what error 403 is but guess it's associated with the unauthorised part. Great video otherwise.

Sorry, I thought I replied to but it's not showing up? Thanks for letting me know, I double checked the links, but don't know what is wrong with them. I guessI recommend looking for The Sewing Academy on the ol' google instead.
