About Endless Nightmare, the big thing you have to keep in mind is inflation. Each time you summon Solara, the next time you summon her is more expensive. Each time you buy a Power gift, the next one you buy is more expensive. Each time you buy a Bonus gift, the next one you buy is more expensive. Each time you buy a Quick gift, the next one you buy is more expensive. Thus, you want to make your shopping as meaningful as possible. This mean amassing as much karma as possible before summoning her and then buying as much meaningful stuff for your build as possible because the prices keep going up. However, if you wait too much before summoning her, you'll fall behind the power curve and take damage and lose karma. It's a balancing act. Personally, I initially try to wait until just before the first boss before summoning her, trying to play well enough until then. XD Buying an expensive item is simple, just buy lot of level 1 items and eventually level 3 items will be expensive enough. This might clash with trying to get a good run though. XD Denial is good here. The defensive dream build would probably be something like Denial, Portrait and Self-Portrait. You're not getting one-shot anytime soon! :P I have also heard good things about Fallen Angel and Parasol. Oh, it's unrelated but I just made a Duality Quickplay video which might help other players if you're interested. I don't think you need to farm Tetrids any time soon but perhaps it might help you for Quickplay?
