Pressing all seams open, especially on 4patch helps the bulk in the seam.

I love this channel, and this block is beautiful. As a beginner quilter, I appreciate showing each step. It would have been more helpful to me if the teacher could have shown putting the block together at the sewing machine instead of off camera. Thanks for this block. I'm going to try it.
