If you do use half hexagon is it cut in half for the top and bottom and half the other wY cut for the half on the sides

I don’t understand why at the beginning of your video you didn’t get the same size paper pieces that you were using. It seems like that would’ve been part of your prep to make the video.

You speak so fast, it's hard to keep up with you. Also your use of the term appliqué is confusing. You seem to mean sewing/attaching a pieced section onto backing material as opposed to attaching a separate ornamental motif to a background. I think there is a slight difference?
