Hi Katrina! I so love that you are not hung up on measurements! I agree with you when you say "make it your own"!! Thanks for this lovely quilt and your passion for quilting!

Katrina, thanks so much for this fun, quick pattern! I make many quilts for various charities, so this will now be one of my "go-to" patterns. Thank you so much for taking quilting back to creativity and fun rather than about mathematics!!! Hugs from Canada.

Katrina👏👏👏 I always enjoy your videos! You give very good instructions of the steps involved, generally including the sizes of cutting and the finished measurements. I just love that you say “make it your own”. I’ve included this on my wannado list ❤️😀

Simple yet effective quilt. This could look great with so many different fabrics and would be easy to make any size. You could have cut the directional squares in half horizontally and it would have stayed the right way up but you’ve probably already realised that. It’s one of those things that we remember after we’ve made the cut the other way!

Katrina, what size is your quilt? I've got some charm packs that I just wasn't sure what to do them! Love your tutorials ❤
@mandyadams918 Жыл бұрын
Hi Katrina. What a lovely quilt you have made. Would be good done in a layer cake for a double or king size bed. Please will you do some tutorials using only scraps - I have loads of them that need to be gone. It would be good to do something that's fits on a metre of fabric (Linus quilts). Thank you.

Thank you. This was fun. This is something I can do with all the charm packs I keep buying. BTW what is a “fillet?”

Hi Kathylee, Glad we could help use your pre cuts! A fillet is another word for flange.

The idea is lovely but I’m wondering about the proportion. I may consider a slight change in the sashing measurements. Happy sewing i
