Phew! Some things have changed since I’ve last used a Singer! A needle threader?! Wonderful! Steps I missed which caused my cheap thread to loop in the back and create uneven stitches in general were; flossing the thread between point 1 and 5 for step 4 and forgetting to leave the foot down while threading through step 4! Now my Singer 3347 is stitching flawlessly! Yay!

Wasn’t aware there is another part for the top of the machine where I’m supposed to put my thread. Thank you for that information! However, the bobbin section of your video is just showing your arm while you explain was a little odd. I’ll keep watching. Your instructions are very clear. Thank you!

I know this is an old video but I have this machine and my foot keeps sliding off and breaking the needle. It’s horrible and I’m scared to use it. It was a gift from my daughter when she was younger so I would love to fix it but I don’t know what that thing is called that holds the foot on. It’s plastic and I have no idea where to find another one or if it can be replaced. In searching but not having any luck. Thanks. Cathy
