These videos are so awesome. Sewing parts online ALWAYS comes through for me. When i need something (notions, etc.) I KNOW they will have or can get it. And now all these videos too? Totally awesome🙂

I knew to the embroidery game. I recently got the Babylock flare (easy for beginner, but enough features to grow into ). I love this mini-series. I know these are a year old, but I’d love to understand how to re-hoop a design. For example working on a larger project or doing a border on a table cloth. I can’t find any beginner and understandable instructions on KZbin. BTW, I love your videos!

Thank you so much for this suggestion!! We actually just filmed an overview of the Babylock Flare that will be airing on our Cyber Monday event as well as posted here. We did a little embroidery demo as well that will also be shared! We would love to go more in-depth on larger projects and love your input!

Hey this is my first attempt at embroidery. Do you have to use a hoop or frame that fits the full image you're looking to embroider? Or can I buy a smaller frame and work in sections? Thank you!!!

where do i get darning hoop ,that will fit under machine foot?

I realize as it changes the property of the knit, The best thing I've learned is to just use an iron on stabilizer in that area.

How to align or center fabric on the hoop
@SewingPartsOnline2 жыл бұрын
There are different ways to center your fabric depending on the features of your machine and how precise you want to be; however, the technique that I normally use is folding my fabric in half and lightly finger pressing. Then fold it in half the other direction and lightly finger press again. This shows a cross on your fabric. Next, take a peek at your hoop. There will be markings on the top, bottom, and sides. Using the lines you created on your fabric, try your best to match them with the marks on your hoop. Because the fabric covers the hoop, you have to kind of feel for them - they are slightly raised. Don't worry if you don't get it on the first try. Oftentimes, you have to try several times before it lines up perfectly. I hope that this helps. If not, I suggest checking your instruction manual. They usually show a clear example of this. Thanks for your question. :)
