My berrnet sew and go 1... can't change their modes..like zig zag n all...in it only simple stiches work... another modes can't chnge...what can i do????

I will never every buy Barnett again in my life. I have bernette sew and go 5 and everytime I sew there is a new problem. My zig zag also stopped working properly. I changes many stitches then i don't know how it got resolved. And now my needle is hitting the plate. It is a complete headache.
