Second prosecutor not only decided there was no case but wrote the DEFENCE legal argument which shut the gates to any prosecution. But he should not have handled the case bc he'd a conflict of interest. This discovery led to case being moved to another DA and GBI stepping in to reinvestigate thanks to the recording released by 'Roddy' and pressure from Ahmaud's mum Ps theres a separate investigation on the merits of the prior handling and investigation of the case but unless something crucial is discovered i doubt anything will happen to the DA's.

The police officers on the scene wanted to arrest the three some but was told not by the DA 's office. Heads will roll with this one. The McMichael's released the video because they wanted the community know they were justified in the killing and did nothing wrong. How smart are they?? All the public saw was the ending but the GBI have more video of the chase and gather more info from interviews of neighbors. I think Arbrey was just curious about the construction of the house and helping himself to water.

They either need more training or held accountable for letting it sit on their desk for 2/3 month. Facts: There had been no burglaries in that neighborhood for 6 months according to the POLICE RECORDS. Not only did the owner say nothing had been damaged or stolen, so did racist senior. He called 911. The operator tried repeatedly to get him to specify what crime he thought had been committed and all he would say was that Aubrey was running down the street. Said he didn’t think he’d done anything. The pigs chased Aurbrey for more than 2 miles and coralled him. Then racist junior parked in front of him and pulled out the shotgun and refused to let him pass. Aurbry was defending himself against gun wielding thugs. They were there to kill a Black man and not grabbing the shotgun would have made no difference.

Isn't that the claim they gave for chasing down and eventually killing Ahmad? They said they "saw him" the other day (which if even telling the truth they might've mistook the actual person who did it), and looked in their truck and saw the gun they "left lying in the seat without the door locked" was gone, so they "knew he took it". So it was their "duty" to get in their trucks, with a big ol' shotgun, and have three men in two trucks chase down Ahmad (one person who was on foot without, I've heard, even a cell phone). Is that what you're referring to? It might not even be true, but yeah, it might be linked to other crimes, or maybe not. Have you heard anything or were you just surmising? I'm genuinely curious. (Hope I don't sound snarky, I thought about that after I wrote this and don't mean that.)
