Me too born in 1978 my brother was a fan before me. My mother Saw the pistols at daddys dancehall in Copenhagen. I was very Young when my brother played nevermind the bollocks.. Think i was 5 or 6. And i have been in love with Steve jones ever since. Saw the band 4 times.

I was knocking around with the Bromley contingent from the start. There was no punk rock. That came from the mc5 and New York dolls and they brought Thier heroin culture with them. Sid and Nancy. Thanks yanks for your heroin and the Ramones. X

Not the “original punks”. You need to look to NYC in the mid70’s to see that. The Pistols are great, but they came after Malcolm’s trip to NYC to work with the NY Dolls. Just a bit of truth and context. And The Clash were London’s real “first” punk band.

Spedding must've been a very good guitar tutor, because Steve Jones is quite proficient. Paul Cook has been an inspiration to thousands of Drummers around the world. Glen Matlock is and was a great songwriter for the Pistols and The Philistines. Matlock is a musician's musician, he is awesome, I love him. Rotten is one of the most intelligent people to have walked this Planet. The Pistols aren't the Cultural Force they are, by mistake or coincidence. The person that filmed this concert has cut off DID YOU NO WRONG half way thru. Glen Matlock was telling me about the person who co-wrote that song, after the gig at The LANDSDOWNE HOTEL in Sydney back in November 2017. Meeting Glen and talking with him was amazing. Great guy.
