Sexing a chick from the egg

There are several reasons why a chick may need to be sexed from the egg. In this video IU describe the process.

I trained my dogs to find the sex of my eggs I hatch, so if it's a rooster, he barks. If it's a hen, he does nothing. Because he looks for roosters. It takes about a month to train a young dog to learn this skill. It's 95% accurate on day two of incubation. Dogs can smell better than any technology we can build to test eggs. I use a hunting dogs, but any dog with exceptional tracking traits can work.
