Re the Wicked talk/sing - shushing/lips of string/death stare etc, l suspect you have on one side the regulars who act a certain way and expect others to also, and on the other side, non-regulars who act out as if they're at home.

Jordan, here's a stretching exercise for your neck and shoulders :) Sit straight on a simple dining chair, with one hand hold the underside of the seat, and put the other hand over your head and on your ear (e.g. left hand goes on the right ear). Then gently and slowly pull your head to the side (to the left when holding with left hand) to stretch the shoulder muscle, keeping your back straight. Stay in this position for a minute, then switch sides. I hope this helps :)

The birthday dilemma said the friend still seems upset, not that the friend is angry. I bet something else is going on - maybe no one said happy birthday? Or maybe someone else in particular didn't? You could try asking if there is something else bothering them but otherwise I think you just have to carry on as normal.

I can have a coffee tea or a can of energy drink (insert brand here) and still go to sleep straight after. Caffeine has 0 effect on some of us.
