If you are already looking at stand up bit with prejudice and looking to find flaws of course you won't find it funny. Comedy is subjective but can objectively evaluated as well. Both Bill Burr and Dave Chappelle are considered greats. But I find Bill Burr's Stand-Up funnier, not because Dave is bad comic but I can't relate to some of his bits. But objectively Dave is a great stand-up comic. And I do find Dave's sketches very very funny. Similarly while you might and some others might not have found it funny but that does not mean it's bad comedy.
