@@dialecticalmonist3405 Not sure what you mean by losing battle man. I get urges every day, but my desire to live with high energy and transmute it is greater than my desire to release. For that reason, I don't masturbate or watch porn. I have blockers installed on my PC and phone, making it impossible for me to watch anything. From day 1 to 7, the energy build up is noticeable. By day 7, I have so much energy to put into my life, whether it's talking to people, creating art or music, exercising etc. The possibilites are theoretically limitless with how you can use that abundance of energy. Once you live that lifestyle enough, you realise masturbation and porn are mediocre in comparison to just holding onto ur nut, so it's a battle that wins itself if your desire for life is greater than your desire for instant pleasure through masturbation. Having said that, I do relapse now n then, which i think is somewhat healthy anyway to release ur nut once in a while to clean the pipes. I look at it as doing cycles of retention. Imagine doing a 90 day retention, releasing after 90ish days, then going again for a month to 90 days, releasing so on so forth. After a year, you'll have spent so much energy in the right places, and the times u busted will be healthy and genuinely fun, rather than every day just to get that dopamine hit. Not knocking releasing every day, but if uve never done a 90 day streak, it's next level shit. Even 7 days is enough to feel the benefits (confidence, energy, positive mood change, desire to socialise more, creativity etc). Qi Gong sounds interesting bro, i've heard good things. Recommend it?

I went 15 months on nofap. My focus, energy and overall man juice (get shit done) aggression was at an all time high. But 4 months into corona virus in a foreign country away from family/friends broke me and took me down a negative spiral of bad habits. I started eating junk food again, started fapping again. Any religion that punishes people for "sin" creates demons. I'm not claiming anything about Islam because I don't know, but just remember that men can only put forth their personal experiences to help guide another's path. They can never speak absolute truth to another's ears. Religion is much like art in that way. It's not right or wrong, it just "is". And individuals have to take what they need out of it.

Truth is one.According to my understanding of Qur’an, there is no such thing as religion.Quran (not the last book but the last information) was given to humans as the last part of the other books(information).All of them was sent to different cultures at different times, but they all say the same things in a different way.There is only one truth, there is only one road.However you go towards it, whenever you go towards it, the road will get narrower, it will get thinner as you get closer.Imagine you get closer to truth when it becomes more narrow, thin.It will get so thin that it is going to be sharper than a mighty sword yet thinner than a single piece of a hair.It all leads to same place.

Hey Elliot please can you explain the trinity logically, as Thomas Jefferson mentioned it is an unintelligible idea of platonic mysticisms that three are one. It's a contradiction. It does not make sense rationally. How can Jesus be one hundred percent man and one hundred percent God, how can you have a shape that is hundred percent circle and a hundred percent square. How can you have three independent co-equal co-eternal beings that all claim to be one god . How can three be one. The Quran refutes this idea, it says that if you have many gods they would try to out strip each other. Its a mathematical fallacy as well as logical one. Please do you research on the trinity. check Mohammed Hijab vs David wood Tawheed ( oneness in Allah) vs trinity. The Quran says in surah Ikhlas .'' say there is there is only one god, the eternal, he begets not nor is he begotten, and there is nothing like him'' Allah is the independent necessary being that everything depends on and nothing depends on him. There is not a single verse in the bible where Jesus said I am God worship me. There is no mention of the trinity for the first 300 years of church history by any church father. So this goes to show it is a man made ideology.
