As a Venezuelan living in Chile since 2016, I couldnt feel more grateful and honored that Dr. Kaiser and Dr. Peterson had decided to dedicate time to expose the perils of the narco-comunism regime that has taken place in my country. The importance and the extent of the Venezuelan situation to all the region is something that must not be overseen. In years to come we'll see people like Axel Kaiser as the heroes who kept the flame of freedom and the voice of millions alive. Thank you Dr. Peterson for your incredible platform.

Don't forget that Lula and the former president of Brasil Fernando Henrique Cardoso, did everything to put Chavez in power, brazilian money and influence were key to that. Lula and Fidel Castro created the Foro of São Paulo to re-create the comunism in Latin America(1990), they had success, all the brazilian media knew about the "Foro" and they said was a theory of conspiration, they also destroyed lives and persecuted who dared to show the truth sinde the 1990ties. Read Olavo de Carvalho for more info. We lost our country, we lost Brazil, now all my descendents will be slaves like in Cuba, China, etc.

No. It's best to "take it outside and settle it". We shall not be put ro risk on our own land by any means necessary. The US government acts as a sovereign ruler. It's about control and money. US acts like the police for their allies. If someone is in trouble or has a warrant with the police themselves, then the police will find that suspects location and go get him. Same thing here. As a fan of Peterson and Kaiser, I have to say that this is one of the interviews that I always wanted to happen, I´ve always thought that North and South America have always been covered as separate issues, but we are fighting the same problems, I´ve been following Kaiser for years now and he talks about the problems in South America taking in consideration the historical, economic, and the mindset of the region, in the other hand I started to follow Peterson after I began to learn English and started to dig in the North American content and stumbled upon one of his talks and I liked the message that he was teaching, and the way he addressed the problems from the psychological, the spiritual and the moral point of view. As a Venezuelan I thank both of you for taking the time to put the Venezuelan crisis in the spotlight, I have to say that Kaiser has an excellent grasp of what is happening here and did a great job explaining the situation, I would like to add a little bit of what I think. Venezuela is doomed if there is no military intervention, I voted for Machado knowing Maduro was going to try to stay in power, I was one of those people that firmly believed that "En dictadura no se vota" or "in a dictatorship you don't vote", the reason of that is that I saw all the corruption, the fake opposition, and the corrupt CNE. However when I saw Maria Corina Machado, a woman who the fake opposition has always left out and someone who has been very coherent in what she says taking the lead of the opposition I thought to myself "Maybe she is the last bullet" and I started to think that she was worthy of my vote thinking (hoping) that she may have a plan, and I with my vote I could earn the moral to critic what she was doing. I know MCM is a strong leader and this could be speculation from my part but if she had a real plan of taking down Maduro she had to be in touch with some country with the capacity of doing so, taking in consideration some of the news of how she has been in touch with some congressman of United States and the recent interest of Erik Prince in showing some of the high value targets in venezuelan forces lead me to think that there could be some kind of plan that could execute right after the US elections (Only if trump wins). I had to say that i took a lot of time (more that i wanted to) writing this, there is a lot to say but there is no point in ranting in a youtube comment, in any case I really enjoyed the interview I hope that you keep doing these interviews that show that America is not only US and that we can work together to solve our problems united as one continent,

Axel is number 1 in defending freedom in our region. He's on the podium. I reading his first books just ate the time when Bachelet II government came to power in Chile. Years before this happened, he was already warning of the danger in the former president's collectivist speech - and the mistakes made by the center and the right wing in previous years, and why not decades? 10 years earlier, or even 15 years ago, his projections for what happened to Chile came to fruition in an important way. And I have no doubts about the success of the liberal/libertarian movement, as well as the conservative movement gaining ground in the region in the coming years. The big change will be with Javier Milei's successes in Argentina, especially when he has a majority in Congress (which should happen next year in the midterm elections). Viva la Libertad Carajo! !Capitalismo, ahorro y trabajo! All my solidarity and best wishes to the Venezuelan people.

I am Venezuelan and I want to start by thanking you both for having a public conversation of this level about the current situation and its implications on the whole continent. This subject is shamefully absent from the mainstream media except for the few mentions it gets when, of course, the bias is self evident. Now, a few notes: Chavez came into power in 1998 after being the face shown on TV during a failed coup attempt on February the 4th of 1992. Every other participant of the coup achieved the goal/objective they were assigned; Chavez was supposed to take the military museum and failed. He was captured and shown direct/live by the media calling everyone else to surrender. A lot of people died that day. Axel said 1988 during the interview, it happens. Talking about luxury life in Venezuela and Ferraris, Ferrari has been in Venezuela for years (we had Ferrari challenge competitions in Venezuela in the 90s) but I just watched recently a video of a Tesla Cyber Truck roaming the streets of Caracas which not only reflects the abyss between poor and rich people in Venezuela but the irony of having an electric car in a country where blackouts can last for hours; it's bizarre. It's worth saying that Venezuela is a kidnapped country, in need of rescue. In a country where firearms have been prohibited, seized from civilians and criminalized while the regular crime, organized crime and the colectivos (pro-government organizations) are heavily armed and the military and police forces are partial to the regime and not the citizens there's no feasible way to resolve the current situation internally. Certainly you vote the socialists in, never out. Those colectivos were not mentioned in this part of the interview, the "Círculos Bolivarianos¨" are. The last started as groups to promote "Simón Bolívar" thinking, ideas; the "Colectivos" started as groups oriented towards the general teaching of culture and literacy for the people. The "Circulos" ended up becoming tools for espionage and the "Colectivos"became an instrument of repression and violence. To this day you can see recent videos of the Colectivos arriving at protests opening fire on the citizens while the police and National Guard just step aside allowing them to do so. The infamous "Tren de Aragua" -Aragua's train- is an organized criminal group that has been exported from the city I grew up in, "Maracay", to the whole continent including the US. One strategy of the regime was to allow crime run free as a means of social control; This is one of the results of said policy. This organization was run from the jails, now their robbing, killing, torture, kidnaping, extortion, etc., practices have been successfully exported everywhere camouflaged or just mixed into the migrant population. An agent of violence, as a very aggressive cancer, very hard to get rid of. Repression in Venezuela is so bad, the situation is so bizarre that criminals are hunting and fighting colectivos, police and National Guard to defend people.. an upside-down world. Many videos out there about this. Lastly, María Corina Machado boldly called out Chavez and his followers out on their lies and corruption while serving as an elected "diputada" to the "National Assembly" in Venezuela. Her trajectory is long, she's been fighting for a long time now; not a newcomer by any means. Bold woman, no doubt!

As a long time follower of Jordan’s and Axel’s content, I truly appreciate the exposure of the living hell that Venezuela is going through for the last 25yrs. Many thanks Mr. Jordan and to Axel, it is amazing that Axel is not a Venezuelan but truly and fully understand with amazing insights the situation that Venezuela is going through, thanks as well Axel! International help is indeed needed in order to break to corrupt shell that has been put in place slaving its citizens, impossible to free themself on their own means for Venezuelans!

The number of people fleeing Venezuela to Brazil is massive. Hunger has become an unwelcome and persistent problem in Venezuelan households, leading people to flee out of desperation. Unless the USA takes action, as Mr. Joordan said, "a lot more trouble" is on the way. Venezuelans do not want to leave their country; they want help to get it back.

I’m a Chilean filmmaker and writer. For me another very scary thing is that the Marxist ideology dominates the majority of the education system in my country, from schools to universities. As a result, they have the monopoly in the world of intellectuals and artists, to the point that when you don’t share their ideology you become completely ostracized. Stay strong María Corina Machado and Venezuela.

that is happening all over the west. Most of the universities are dominated by the left ideology. So you have to be the contrasting voice or at least try to bring more discussion to the table

The art and intellectual world in Chile are echo chambers, that's why lately there's so little work with true artistic or revolutionary value that aren't spoiled by politics. I come from the world of literature and writers and it took me some years to realize this. When I did, this fact completely ruined it for me, and also the fact that I have to hide my opinions.

Dearest Dr. Peterson, I spent my weekend with you and Spencer and Ben and Jonathan in Jerusalem, Athens, and Bethlehem. I have not got my words yet. My heart is overflowing. But I was beyond all expression blessed by the Foundations of the West series. It was what my heart dearly needed. I can’t express how much. And I don’t think you or anyone knew how timely the series would be in a post October 7th world. And speaking of which, my latest from Wrong Speak is out tomorrow. Entitled “Saving Their Lives With A Story: Fighting Antisemitism With the Power of Narrative,” it is a meditation on the way in which story can instill a love that will defeat the hate… by “hate” I mean “the wanton wish for destruction and desolation” … so prevalent in the world today. With so very, very much love Ruth Anne

Thanks, Mr. Peterson and Axel. I have been following your work for a while, and your perspectives are always valuable. Mr. Peterson, thank you for your genuine empathy and the support you have brought to the youth. I find it particularly interesting that you pointed out the problem's depth is more than political. I am wondering what the root causes are, then. The example of the effectiveness of empathetic managers highlights how a positive attribute can lead to negative outcomes. By extension, does this mean a "good person" in a negative environment will inevitably fail or become corrupted? What are the impacts on the human psyche? Despite the altruistic nature of capitalism as proposed by Axel or Milei for example, it is also true that real-world practices are often unfair and more tailored toward sabotage and domination to secure limited roles in hierarchical organizations. Unfortunately, while the left is accurate in pointing out these weaknesses and keen to take advantage by delivering false promises that ruin people's life, my question is how can we fix our system to make it sustainable? Regards
