I totally agreed with you Alexx, on it being biological. I’ve noticed that each times I’m ovulating then the increased sexual energies will create a lot of sexual thoughts of my person, making me think he is thinking of me in this way. When I’ve sat with the sexual energies and not give it any stories, it passes. This went on for a few of my period cycles until my mind can no longer trick me into believing that only this person can make me feel this energy. I’ve also noticed that when I’m in my PMS week, the thoughts are negative towards my person and how this connection will never work. This person might be my karmic.🤪 However, the practice helped me to decreased the obsessive thoughts towards this person. I hope my experience will help someone else. All the best to everyone on this twinflames journey. In the end, I feel this journey is about us finding ourselves again.💜✨🙏

hi. helps a lot. in my opinion, a lot of these things come from our ordinary ideas and thoughts about someone about something. e.g. I never dreamed about him, but when I thought about dreaming: I started dreaming. the only real thing is energy which when it meets its own energy: it becomes stupid whose body owns it. my journey ended, although as it turned out: I was enlightened. It’s like I am breaking up with him every month in my head😂. I wonder if he goes through something similar in his head. I will probably never know.

Life is also meant to enjoy. Im 59 and hes 60!and neither of us is married. Im not concerned about the future. I want to be in physical union with my twin someday. Oif you read jen mcardys book, it is an exciting special thing. yes now is not good. i told him he has a lot of work to do. but i love this man in the 3 d here and now and i want to spend time w him. we havent seen each other in 41years. our cars pass totally unplanned snd we spoke on the phone. if it doesnt happen ill survive. but i want it to whether we end up together or not. there was a call for tfs to unite during this time of ascension and a union is so intense it creates a star and the stars name is a combination of our names. I never felt I was missing something. Now I meet my twin who is 11 years younger to me and I feel such sexual urges that I can’t even believe it is me, seems my sacral chakra was blocked. Sacral chakra explodes open in the Chaser when meeting the Twin, but it's usually expressed as creativity (not to say what you're feeling is "wrong"). I would say be nicer to yourself, validate your body and Ego's needs and desires, and do what feels right to you. Don't let the Ego bully you with what's "right" or "wrong" (even though this dichotomy may not be fully conscious). You're doing great.

Hi, I really appreciate your videos, they helped me out a lot and they actually resonate when most spiritual teachers seem to not get it. You should have a lot more subs. I wanted to ask if you'd make a video going deeper into submission to the higher self. My ego struggled letting go of the idea that because of this requirement to submit, it loses a lot of perceived autonomy it once believed it had. In these situations, it can at times feel like being a prisoner where one has no choice but to submit to what the higher self wants, or suffer. I guess the answer must be, "you never had a choice, it's just that your perception of how it works is now more accurate." Still curious your thoughts on it.
