Around the time psp was popular there seemed to be a weird trend of psp ports being almost entirely different from the console and pc counterparts. Sims 2 is the same.

What annoy me the most that this build has a better opening than the real game... Imagine you started as a prisoner in kvach instead, and your city somehow overrun by daedra, everything in chaos, tried to escape, you follow a lead by a brave guy called brother martin.. And the story expanded from there instead.. You dont given the amulet of king, it was stolen like the original story, and you are tasked to get it at some point in the story.. I think that'll be more interesting that the emperor suddenly stumble upon your jail cell..
@colonian83Ай бұрын
honestly i'll always have a soft spot for the intro we got. just a chill tutorial, but this is still really cool. we sadly only got to see the aftermath of the invasion.
@nickelakon5369Ай бұрын
Imo I like the way the alternate start mod handles the main quest. You get your choices of starting location, but the corpse of a prisoner can be found between the imperial city and Weynon priory with a note and the amulet of kings. You can find it at any time, even after closing the gate at kvatch.
@zoltier2 ай бұрын
It was actually set in High Rock which is why the intro is totally different. It's the only glimpse at another province during the Oblivion Crisis other than NPC dialogue and in-game historical records, so it's a shame it never came out.
@mariuszmoraw35712 ай бұрын
This could been GOTY game for PSP back then if they gave it more love. I wonder why they cancelled it? Maybe they hit wall with it? While PSP was great console, it still was limited comparing to stationary consoles and PC. Also I think they were torn between it being either segmented RPG or sandbox, that's why it is so confusing.

most impressive PSP game imo are the monster hunter games. those were wild especially when the online worked.
