Let me help you with the lyrics part where she says "Sometimes you come to my house with a friend or a flower That's everything reminds me of you again". Here, Sezen doesn't mention physical appearance of her lover or his friend rather she's saying sometimes a friend (in common) or a flower (a specific type) reminds me you. By saying come to my house she's implying I feel. I can't forget you. It is actually can be understood from second line (That's everything reminds me of you again). Well hope I helped you a little bit. I think translation of these songs is hard and need to be done a professional. And a small tip for the next time always read next line after where you get confused it helps a lot to understand especially for Sezen's song. She does it a lot :)
