Sf Muni 2001 Neoplan AN460 [6263] On Route 38R

So I had to get a good video on these Neoplans. And I got the right one! 6263 is a freaking boss. This motor is very loud, and I love when the fan goes on and off. Most Neoplans don't do this. But this bus was. 6263 is a very nimbly bus. It moves quick and the Allison is lovely. I took the 38R from Transbay Teminal to 48th Avenue. It is so much better being on these buses then the Xcelciors. It brings back the memories. Unfortunately, there are only 30 remaining. I hope you enjoy this video!

Overall great ride, but there's 2 things I felt meh about, the 38R going the other direction hauled more ass on 6263. Also the fan didn't seem to stay on as long as it used to, plus the trans. kept short shifting into 4th.

Holy Neoplan! Words can't even describe how awesome this bus is! I absolutely love this beast! I even have a name for this one! Wait for it...wait for it...Olivia! Olivia the roaring Neoplan! I love that high rev of Olivia at 14:29 - Olivia just sounds so sweet! Is Olivia still around or is she retired and sold off? Did you get a takeoff of Olivia at the end? Absolutely can't get enough of Olivia's roar! And please call this bus by Olivia. I know you might want to identify the buses by their numbers, but I always give my favorite buses names. Please film another long long ride on Olivia! And make sure the driver is flooring the accelerator next time you ride her!
