The damage in this game is insane. Three hits and ko

Not exactly a fair fight. Adon has more moves and his attacks are near impossible for eagle to block.

CPU blocks work very strangely in this game; They're programmed to block Ryu and Ken's attacks no problem, but when they're fighting each other, they resort to these arbitrary rules. In CPU vs. CPU, Lee, followed closely by Adon, have the best blocks for CPU vs. CPU battles. The worst blocks in this format are Mike and Retsu.

There are typically 3 categories of block (excluding Geki because he's a mess) 1. The block works extremely well for a select amount of frames (as in, Tiger Shots literally go through them like some sort of parry), and then start to break after that. Lee and Adon have this type. 2. Initially, the block won't work at all, but after a select amount of frames, will begin to work against certain moves. Gen, Birdie, Eagle, and Sagat have this type. 3. The block just simply doesn't block. If it weren't for the niche fact that blocks push you and your hurtbox back a few pixels, you would never see these used at all. Retsu and Mike have this type. Joe's block for all intense purposes is actually just a crouch in this format. It ducks high hitboxes and that's basically it, like any other crouch.
