With her super 2, you generally want to buffer the qcf qcf input, and if you see the fireball, all you have to do is press kick and get an easy punish. That said, if they see you buffering in neutral they might figure out what you’re trying to do, but you can also be sneaky and hide your buffer beneath whiffed jabs.

Some basic actionable stuff that I'm taking away from this is: - Use HK and cr MK as pokes instead of HP (HP wasn't used once in neutral in this compilation though it probably still has its uses) probably because on block they lead to frametrap pressure on stance cancel unlike HP and is slightly more likely to cancel into a stance move fast enough to allow a DI cancel like in the first match - cr HP is a good punish for throws after shimmy that leads into stance HK as a launcher - Parry drive rush has the same startup as LP's total duration (11f), so what is meaty with drive rush midscreen can be frame killed with LP in the corner (or cr LP to add 1 more frame to the frame kill for MK spinning bird kick +34 KD compared to LK spinning bird kick +33 KD) Things I'm uncertain on and needs more investigation - instant "overhead" stomp into HK (why wouldn't they just dp? maybe has something to do with the opponent having such low drive that that an EX move would have put them in burnout and there was a large enough life lead that it would have been worth it to put them in burnout and open them to a chip damage kill, especially since valmaster was already in burnout so they would have gotten out of burnout first. Wouldn't apply to those with air invuln dps. Though super is still an option, though maybe that meter not being available next round is worth it.) - use of Serenity Stream in neutral (just seems risky) There's probably a lot more to take away, but that is what seems implementable at my current level of understanding. For that burnout stomp into HK/MK, iirc burnouts make your moves more sluggish, right? So--and I'm not sure at all on this--does that mean that normals overall have more frames and are less quick pokes? If yes, then perhaps they're using the burnout state to use create the meaty stomp that's so low off the ground into the jumping kick that they're technically keeping frame advantage, so maybe attempting a DP would result in a counter hit anyway? Either that or the mix-up pressure makes people panic and just block in the corner to weather the assault.

A lot of these combos were started by light punch or cr. med kick whiff punish. Or hazanahu over projectile reaction. Seems like those are the moves to look out for in footsies.

that round start damage from a simple DI counter is juicy, no supers, no weird stock management to unlock the damage, didn't even need to cashout into burnout, also corner carried with perfect oki she got DP, she got slow moving fireball for shield and setups, not a fan of charge characters but I'm sold on the first seconds. Tbh she’s actually one of the strongest if not the strongest female fighter in the game. She’s S tier for a reason she can just stack damage to her opponents unlike anyone else. I also noticed while playing her that if you get your combos out fast enough and without receiving damage. You can almost physically feel your opponents start to lose their ability to counterattack and sink under the pressure. She literally destroys competition due to the speed and efficiency damage she can put on her opponents. And in the hands of very skilled player with great mix ups leaves her practically unbeatable. She has it all ranged attacks. Best anti air, extremely powerful kicks. And 2-4 way combo chains and one of the strongest special finishes in the game. Next to Zangieffs you absolutely do not want to get hit by it lol😂

Well done! All perfect. :D And even if not really important but i want to mention it: You are one of the few people, from what ive currently saw at least, who uses modern romanizatioins for her name. The time of "Chun Li" or "Chun-Li" should end, because especially Chun Li looks like a first- and last name, and Chun-Li looks like two seperate names, like Anne-Marie for example (double first/given name). Her first/given name is Chunli(Chun-li [the L not capitalized]), and its good to spell it that way, Chunli, because it's one name.

But once you get her going the bitch 😂can’t be stopped lol I have physically made people not even want to rematch me a good bunch. I’m talking immediately selecting the quit option after one round 😅just because they can’t deal with the pressure she applies. I beat a guy in only 18 seconds in the first round and finished the entire match in just under 45 seconds 😂. I love her ❤ first character I ever played with back in 96 on SF2 Turbo and will always be my main. Cammy is my second favorite with Juri in third.
