He has one of the best st HP in the game , insane range on LP lariat , areal super , lvl1 that beats fireballs up close, what more do you want ? Historically grapplers have never been top tier in sf , simply because they would be busted , and nobody will play the other characters . But you can't look at me with a serious face and say that zangief is low tier , he's right in the middle. Lily , honda , manon , aki of the top of my head are all below him . Ken is not even top 3 anymore , he's probably sitting at top 5 , maybe not even .. Luke , JP , Chun li , Juri are all above him currently . Daigo is just an insane player , that's it really .

Nah that's different, on SF6 this type of parry is easier, you just hold down L2 to parry everything. The Chun-Li parry was harder, because you need to press forward at the right millisecond you'll get hit multiple times in a row.
