Unless we're talking online ranking, the #1 Dhalsim is still Mister Crimson by a large margin in tournaments so I don't know about this...

Daigo doing everything he can to suck the fun out of a Torimeshi matchup. His Dhalsim is usually really fun and dynamic to watch. Just more of this drive rush diarrhea.
