Watching YHC Mochi's Dhalsim, the amount of movement he has, while hovering, stands out.

Well as I thought Dhalsim could slide under the fire balls. I thought the Akuma player would start using air dive kicks and/or air fireballs but didn’t. YMC was in the place to B and layed Akuma out like a feather weight vs a heavy weight boxer.

Akuma's overrated. Dhalsim doesn't seem to be even having a hard time against it.

Dhalsim is rated too low in this game just because he doesn't have an invincible reversal
