What is wrong with my drive impact? It makes them go away midscreen and can`t continue the combo because they are too far away

Does anyone know how to do ryus elbow drive impact? I’ve done it once and I’ve played with someone that’s done it a couple of times and I was wondering how to do it

That’s a drive reversal move. When you’re in block stun you do forward + HP+HK together and it knocks your opponent back if they are not able to block it.
