What's odd is if guile was playing the way these two were playing they would say he's spaming but when akuma or Ryu does it's just a playstyle.

That's cause Guile has his triple booms plus a follow up perfect boom/flash kick afterward rather than just a single fireball from Ken, Ryu and Akuma. Opponent can easily avoid by jumping or air jump attack by punishing you within the distance but with Guile, you just can't. Sagat is even more annoying than Guile due to his low and high tiger shots in his early SF2 days where he got banned from the tournament.
