Kim has always been good, including that time she won a Japanese major. Kim has two problems: 1. Kim mains being absolute ass 2. The ocean of objectively better top tiers Idk if part 1 will ever get fixed, but part 2 mostly did. Sounds like you have a skill issue

As a Kim player I'm relatively happy with these buffs (but we do need more). That being said she's still fun as hell to play.

The reduced pushback on cr.mp allows her to do (DR) cr.HP > run cancel > cr.mp, cr.mp, st.mp

They needed to improve some hit boxes for a few moves tbh
