He's strong but far from unbelieavable. His fraudulence is constantly abused by stronger players with good fundamentals and calm defense. He's amazing competitively until a certain point. He's on the brink of breaking into the elite of players but those elite players are the exact ones that have the fundies and patience to expose the foolishness of his playstyle. Type NuckleDu vs NoahTheProdigy and you'll be able to watch a guide on how to beat NoahTheFraud but the fact is weaker players don't have strong enough fundamentals to stop Noah so he gets to keep trampling over the opposition until he hits brick walls of good neutral like Du and Punk. If he stops burning out like a chump and stop relying on risky reads, flowcharting on his offense and risky neutral jumps and jumpins he can crack into the elite but as of now he's strong but FAR from unbelieavable. Leshar is unbelieavable, Hikaru is unbelieavable, Punk is unbelieavable, Noah is strong and dangerously gimmicky. The combo of his ugly scrubby burnouter playstyle + trash talking and popping off is hella cringe lol. Punk always was a master trash talker but his playstyle is beautiful to look at and his results were always much more impressive so he got to do whatever the fuck he wanted.
