LTG was always a decent/solid SF4 player, he just had a lot of gaps in his fundamentals, low technical knowledge, and weak mental. Even the Viscant set was quite competitive for a little more than half the set, it's just that LTG tilted out of control and not only lost to Viscant but lost to himself. I'm not even an LTG fanboy, Im just calling it how I see it. This was a great set between him and myers, hype energy from the crowd as well. :)

The comments on this video kind of annoy me because ltg did play respectably in this set. He had some holes in his gameplay and his opponent knew how to take advantage of them. But despite his clear lacking in matchup knowledge and fundamentals, he managed to make this set quite competitive and pulled out some really sick plays in the process. So if your takeaway from this set is that hes bad because he lost, i dont think you understand fighting games very well. And i feel like if you wanna make fun of ltg, more power to you, but i dont feel it has a place in this comment section, because this video came from a time before ltg fell from grace, and a lot of the zoomers who watch him dont understand that he wasnt always the way that he is today. Nowadays ltg scorns the fgc but here, he's happy to be here. And he talked his shit but he always took the L gracefully.
