This is part of the reason why medic mains tender to be kind of grumpy or hostile. It is also why people think that medics are generally rare because it can be so frustrating to be one and can rarely be that rewarding. It also makes it so that kills are very low mostly having assists instead.

I'd love to see more of this. My favorite animations are ones like this, where it gets into certain things. I'm probably reading into it too much but I live the videos that take a sadder turn and kind of get into what I call Medic's phobia of being completely alone, a possible point for this being in a "Saxxy Awards: Bad Medicine" where Archimedes dies, he's clearly pained by this and goes into like an afterlife to get him back.
