Pavel Trigub i’m guessing it’s because only you, the player can see his text speech. so sans can’t see his “Comic sans” text. so he can’t understand the joke.

Creepy ass Sans. BTW I love the 60fps, mainly because it allows more fluid movement to be seen and extra details (for instance San's eye movements have more of a natural blur to them when they move) that 30 only tends to hide.
