Matthew Sanchez Eh, I feel like this is a slightly (only slightly) better improvement over what was there before and with TC, (in my opinion, don't maim me for it) I feel like it is a demotion of was there before. Although I wish that they hadn't touched these two coasters in the first place especially in 2001 when Six Flags New England shortened Cyclone's first drop by 20ft and when Six Flags first bought Magic Mountain in 1979 and they reconfigured all drops to eliminate ALL airtime and in 1991 when the camel back hills were also reconfigured and a block brake was added and just the fact that they next to never repainted Colossus and never fixed the second track, even for the closing season of an iconic, famous, thirty-four year old coaster which was dubbed the name "Greatest Coaster in the World!" Wow Six Flags Magic Mountain, nice one. You can probably tell I despise Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Elias Mertens Considering how the original Colossus barely had on a line over 10 minutes on even crowded days, I'd say Magic Mountain made the correct choice to renovate the classic coaster. Now people flock the ride and many even say it's the best ride in the park.
