With Guile barely nerfed and Gouki slightly given an extra 50 health this match seemed to be a little better for Gouki.....However, until Tokido shows that he can beat the #1 Guile in a tournament #NuckleDu, Guile still has the better matchup against Gouki and against most characters in SF 5. I believe Guile still remains top 3 tier list for season 2 latest version update.

SFV is so broken. It rewards aggression and Akuma is built on that. There's not enough defensive options for Daigo to use. Daigo needs to get more aggressive if he wants to win at SFV. But Guile is mostly for defensive zoning.

No actually there are enough options especially when playing guile. He has so many things to keep you out you just gotta be on point with your blocks
