I won a local SFV tournament in Tampa a while back because most of the people there had no idea how to fight alex since no one plays him. The guy in the semi finals walked towards me every time I charged my v-trigger because he thought it (put you behind me.) I was completely floored by that.

Frame kills usually to make sure they don't mess up timing. If they are whiffing specials (such as shoryuken) it's to build extra super meter.
