I think Capcom really knocked it out of the park with G. Awesome design, powerful and flashy playstyle, cool theme... he's become my favorite Street Fighter character, and one I hope we see again in the future in this form, assuming he really is Q.

Jeffery Ezell He and Zeku are the highlights of this Street Fighter for me. Imagine if the love and attention that went into those characters went into the whole cast.

It is interesting going from new DLC character to sleeper top tier to actually a strong character. To think they made Q good.

Most of the characters haven't received any significant gameplay changes since release, including G. It'll just be missing the new stuff like VS2.

Did G not get any health or stun? If so, I think that's worth specifically mentioning in and of itself.

G makes me sad honestly. There’s so many characters that are just terrible like falke and Ed from the new cast and plenty of returning characters that either really have sucked for a while or they’re character got noticeably worse that on average the V cast might be my least favorite despite having urien Charlie Cody and my obvious favorite Alex. And then you get these strokes of genius like zeku menat and of course G that really sell the world and feel like characters that should have been there earlier that really conflicts with the other characters previously mentioned. It generally makes me wonder how they could make a sf character that looks so wtf and look sound and feel amazing but struggled so hard with say necalli.
