Use slow/fast fireball (it depends) you need to be +7 to get the loop. It still works!

we can play sometimes if you live somewhere in na so the connection would be better for the match. Keep grinding in rank, you'll get better eventually.

Those setups/combos are useless, you couldn't do that in a real match, playing against a person.
